Crystal retired in August of 2015 as the Executive Director of the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada. Crystal served 35 years in Nevada state and federal government. Crystal spent nearly 17 years on the staff of Richard H. Bryan while he served as United States Senator, Nevada Governor and Nevada Attorney General. Prior to government service Crystal obtained her real estate license, however, government service sidetracked her plans. Crystal has come full circle and returned to her first passion which is real estate. Crystal is a member of the National Association of REALTORS and the Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS®.

As Executive Director, Crystal was responsible for leading the agency’s day-to-day administrative operations, which included working with a large and diverse group of professionals, overseeing a multi-million dollar budget, negotiating and monitoring contracts, interpreting regulations and laws, meeting deadlines, and promoting excellent customer service. Crystal continues to use these valuable skills and expertise as a Realtor®.

Being a native Nevadan, Crystal has a deep-rooted love for this area. She believes this is an amazing place to call home, raise a family and retire. All of which she has done. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Crystal enjoys golfing, running, racquetball, paddle boarding, cooking and gardening.
