About CalNeva Realty

History

Mitch Argon started CalNeva Realty in 2005. The Company was launched from our initial office in Minden, NV. Through an aggressive regional marketing plan, the Company began expanding to other areas in the Northern Nevada region and by 2009, we had full time agents serving the Reno/Sparks markets. In 2011, we opened an office in Reno and have worked to expand our Reno/Sparks presence. Currently, CalNeva Realty serves the Northern Nevada region from the two offices in Reno and Minden and our dedicated staff of approximately 20 real estate agents.

Client Focus

We are here to serve and represent our past, current, and future clients. All of our agent training and administrative operations are designed to maximize focus on our clients by eliminating internal barriers and obstacles. We build tools and other resources to help our clients directly or through the service of our agents so our clients realize the best possible outcomes in every real estate transaction. We survey clients upon each and every real estate sale to solicit feedback on our service and suggestions for ways to improve our representation and our clients' outcomes.

Agent Focus

Helping our agents to develop and refine the necessary skills to provide our clients with solid representation is a focal point for the Company. In addition to state required education, we make real estate skills training available to our agents 24x7, hold regular training and coaching sessions, and keep our agents informed of upcoming events, trends, and everchanging market conditions.

Technology Focus

The world is moving fast. We embrace new technologies and implement them to enable our clients and agents to achieve the best results and the most productive and enjoyable real estate buying or selling experience. Since 2005, we have adopted and aggressively implemented consumer facing technologies (highly searchable web sites, smart phone enabled web sites, mobile marketing tools, and more) and back office technologies (scalable intranet solutions, electronic signature, mobile accessible contracts, and more).

We are deeply committed to these three focus areas. We believe this focus has enabled us to succeed and will fuel our growth for years into the future.
